Step 1 - Email us to return your item(s) and we'll get back to you with a questionnaire form.
Step 2 - Ship Your Item Back to Us
All you need to do now is send your item back to our warehouse.
Choose a courier service below based on the size of your item
If you'd like us to pick up your return of a sofa, charges of £299 will apply for collecting and processing.
For collecting beds and/or mattresses our charges will be £99.
All returns should be sent to our warehouse.
Address will be sent out to you in written form.
Please remember to repackage your return before sending. Any returns received without protective packaging will not be able to be refunded. Please include your order number either on, or within the parcel so it can be identified by our team.
Please note, made to order items and flat pack furniture that has been assembled cannot be returned.
Anonymous returns will be held in quarantine until the customer gets in touch.
As a small independent business, we regret that we're not able to offer free returns.
